domenico Posted March 29, 2012 Report Posted March 29, 2012 Hi all, I would like to start to study this ... methodology. I know that the best way is to have a course but before to start with that, I would like to read some books. Could you suggest me some good book to read? Domenico Quote
Roman Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 (edited) 1. Read the discussion in the linkedin website regarding "how to learn uvm? Good start from http://www.doulos.com/knowhow/sysverilog/uvm/ Good Webinar for very beginner in UVM (Easier UVM for Functional Verification by Mainstream Users) : http://www.doulos.com/knowhow/sysverilog/uvm/easier_uvm_paper/easier_uvm_recording/ 3. Read following document "UVM user guide" and make very clear the architecture/implementation in ubus example book "A Practical Guide to Adopting the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)" by Cadence Sharon Rosenberg and Kathleen A book "UVM Cookbook" by Mentor if you focus on Low Power and mixed signal verification. take a look this book. dave_59 Posted March 30, 2012 Report Posted March 30, 2012 Here is a link to Mentor's UVM Cookbook. You can read it online, or there are PDF book versions of it you can print. Quote
