IEEE 1666-2011 No Longer Freely Available on IEEE.org?

Hello, I am new to the world of SystemC and am trying to gather documentation to educate myself.

Today I was trying to download IEEE 1666-2011 from IEEE's website (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6134619), but it appears that the document is no longer freely available. It seems to have been removed the IEEE Get Program (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/browse/standards/get-program/page/series?id=80). Does anyone know why this is the case?

The standard has a status of "Inactive - Reserved" on the download page. Maybe that has something to do with it.

It seems it has been removed from the IEEE Get program.

But you can probably find the document online.

The standard expired after 10 years and per IEEE policy it was removed from the IEEE Get program. The P1666 Working Group is actively working on a revision.
