dakupoto
hello , I am working on modelling of flash controller ..Are there any flash model available which which i could use or any any other way i could check my flash controller ???? Hello Sir, It is not clear what exactly is meant by "flash model". There are a lot of flash models, but at the basic/core device level, because that is where the flash memory differs from a regular DRAM model. Maybe you should consider implementing a ROM controller first ? Unlike a regular DRAM, a flash memory chip retains data stored in it, much like the ROM. Hope that helps. Hello Sir, Using trusty Google with the search string "flash memory model" generated pages and pages of results. Some of these are Verilog models. So, please pick the one that is best suited for your needs. Hope that helps.
