Introduction is before table of contents and list of figures. For reference of the resources used there are two sections mentioned “references” and “bibliography” should be combined in one. Acronyms and Abbreviations must be mentioned in appendix. Formatting the document is not done properly. Clock domain diagrams not explained properly. TCL scripting should be in annexure. This placement (introduction before contents) complies with the 2021 IEEE SA Standards Style Manual, p15 2. This division (references & bibliography) complies with the 2021 IEEE SA Standards Style Manual, p18 & p35 3. This placement (acronyms & abbreviations) complies with the 2021 IEEE SA Standards Style Manual, p23 4.
