time() process is a SC_METHOD, How to implement it by time() as SC_THREAD ?

Converting a `SC_METHOD` to an equivalent `SC_THREAD` is reasonably simple.. Are you clear about what "next_trigger" does in the time() method?

Can you explain how you would approach the problem - so folks here can help with specific questions?

There are few issues in your code not related to the main question.
