Updates for UVM_RGM2.5 to avoid the "UVM DEPRECATED"

Porting the UVM_RGM2.5 sv lib and build-in xbus example codes aligned with UVM1.1, to avoid the "UVM DEPRECATED" info ,It's for your reference.

It works well in my UVM Environment for now.

This is based on Cadence UVM_RGM2.5 Release
