Annex D of SystemC 3.0 says: -

Quote

Improved definition when sc_core::sc_time values are below sc_core::sc_get_time_resolution and sc_core::sc_time values are above sc_core::sc_max_time.

Above statement does not explain what has improved. Because of my little understanding of subject I can not visualize it, looking for some advice / pointer / example to understand it.
