memories hdl path

Hello,
I am trying to generate a Ralf file in genRal contains the following content:
  memory aaa hdl_path=(a.b.c) @none {
  size 262144;
  bits 8;
  }; # memory aaa
I get an error about hdl_path not expecting hdl_path but immediately to },
How should the hdl_path be transferred for such memory?
