"concrete scenario" definition missing

Sorry, I was looking at 1.0a version. Even 2.0 seems to have the same content. What is the difference between "consistent scenario" and "concrete scenario"? Is it resolving the scenario constraints vs test generation? -
"concrete scenario" mentioned in 1.4 section doesn't have any definition. I am assuming it needs to be corrected as "consistent scenario".
