C++ snippets really ruin the flow when reading

Having all of these C++ declarations in parallel to the DSL really ruin the flow. I'm not talking about the examples, there I guess it's not so much of an issue. I'm talking about stuff like the PSS_ENUM macro definition which is provided in-line, instead of in some annex. Full declarations of C++ classes for PSS constructs are also provided, instead of stripped down versions.

From PSWG:

We are looking into restructuring the document to move most of the C++ class definitions to the appendix, while keeping a small amount of C++ code to illustrate the basic usage equivalent to the BNF that is shown for the PSS language.
